Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) focuses on helping individuals develop psychological flexibility and acceptance of their thoughts and feelings. Individuals learn to identify and pursue their values and goals, even in the face of painful life experiences.

Dialectical Behavior Therapy
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) focuses on teaching individuals skills to effectively manage and regulate their emotions. Individuals will learn skills in four areas: Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Emotion Regulation and Interpersonal Relationships.

Parent Support
Parent training focuses on teaching parents strategies and skills for managing their child's behaviors. It may involve teaching parents techniques for behavior management, communication, and problem-solving, as well as guidance to help parents improve their relationship with their child.

A 15-minute meeting to determine if we are a good fit.

Intake
We will complete parent and child intakes to gather more information about your treatment goals.

Treatment
Weekly evidenced-based support until goals are met or we decide to end therapy.
